Otin tagged me to list 6 unimportant things that make me happy. Unimportant things? I'm actually having trouble coming up with 6 things that make me happy that I consider unimportant.

Before we get started, and so I can stall for a few more seconds, here are the rules:

Here we go - stuff that makes me happy:

Being able to work out again. I screwed up my shoulder 3 weeks ago (ironically while doing leg exercises - figure that one out) and couldn't work out for awhile. But I'm finally back and thrilled about it. (I'm a glutton for punishment, what can I say?)

Sleeping in. And by sleeping in, I mean that the little guy takes pity on us and hangs out in his crib until after 6:30. We have yet to be able to teach Andrew the importance of the weekend. But without fail, he'll sleep til almost 8:00 Monday morning.

The collection of emails that went around the office Friday afternoon. I don't know how "unimportant" this is - but I worked my ass off on a brief for an entire week and then spent another week preparing the partner for oral argument. We scored a huge victory for the client on Friday. The partner came back and sent out an email to the whole office thanking me for all my hard work. That prompted a whole slew of other emails. It's nice to be appreciated

My hair being straight. This falls into the totally "unimportant" category. But after spending 30 years trying to tame my wild curls, I LOVE my hair straight.

Random pics left for me. I have a major thing for Kellan Lutz. (The guy who played Emmett in Twilight) He is SO hot. Erica indulges my obsession and leaves me pictures of him on her blog. (She also has lots of other eye candy over on her blog - you should go check it out)

Sundays in the Bronx. Even when they suck, I love my boys in pinstripes. Every game I get to spend at the Stadium makes me smile.
