In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is a day to take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So today I'm taking it easy on blogging. I ask a question - you answer. Today's question is:
What was your favorite cartoon or comic when you were growing up?
I had a hard time picking only one answer to this question. I loved the Snorks and Wuzzles, although it seems like no one else knows these shows... But my all time favorite was Fraggle Rock.

Full Metal Alchemist which is one of the anime adult swim cartoons on Cartoon Network. I used to watch those every weekday night and was addicted to it for some reason. Then they ended it and I quit watching cartoons. Oh how I miss that show.
But I also love Tweety Bird and Bugs Bunny, I guess the Time Warner group. Tom and Jerry are great too.
Yes you are right, cannot answer with just one.
Alvin and the Chimpmunks! *L*
When I was growing up I loved the Flintstones! Then when the Flintstones met the Jetsons...I was a happy girl!
My favorite cartoon was the Smurfs.
I was a Jetson's girl! I also liked looney tunes.
I loved Fraggle Rock! I miss that show much...me and some friends were just talking about it last week!
Believe it or not, Archie. :)
cartoon was Jetsons
I loved The Muppets :) I was even a member of their fan club.
I loved the Jetsons and the Flintstones
Jem!!
Scoobie Doo. He was the bomb!
Drupy was one of my faves and I also loved Scooby Doo.
I love watching Scooby (the old ones) with my son now.
I remember loving the Smurfs and Batman as a kid - and I loved the Archie comic books.
Oh my! Definitely was "He-Man" LOL! My kids have no IDEA who that is. WOW!
Bugs Bunny. Not the newer ones but the ones from the 40's and 50's. I loved when Bugs would dress up like a girl bunny.
Did you ever notice that Bugs was an exhibitionist when he was Boy Bugs but always dressed in clothes when he was a girl Bugs?
I would have to say the smurfs...or there was a bear one...but I can't for the life of me remember what the name of it was...
How old is your little one? I was asking about the routines, because we haven't started any yet. She goes to sleep at different times every night, depending on how much she sleeps during the day...She is only 8 weeks on MOnday so I am not sure if I should even start one yet...your thoughts?
Jem and the Holograms...
I loved the smurfs
When I was growing up I had almost no TV because we were living in Taiwan. Back then, everything was in Chinese. No cartoons.
So I had to read a lot.
My fav comic was Peanuts.
Now I just like to EAT peanuts.
Salted.
With a cold brew.
TGIF
I'd have to say that I loved Looney Tunes.
I don't know why.. Maybe it was the animated violence that was "acceptible" back before they took all of that kind of stuff off the air..
Loved the Smurfs!!
I know the Snorks, I'm trying to recall the Wuzzles.
I used to watch Kidd Video. Now, has anyone ever heard of THAT one? Did you ever think a cartoon character was cute? That was me.
I also liked The Jetsons. I still think it's cool living in a high tech world. I wonder how much longer before it becomes reality?
well, i loved many but the first thing that popped into my mind was Peanuts. I loved reading the comic strip and loved watching the movies. :) good times.
I still love Blondie, Peanuts and Family Circus. My conservative answer is surprising me!
Had to be Bugs Bunny, I couldn't miss him on Saturday morning.
Scooby doo. I even had a 4 foot stuffed Scooby in my room.
I always loved Peanuts.
Archie and Dagwood.
Fraggle Rock for sure!
I still love Scooby. It's classic to me.

Oh my gosh... I loved Fraggle Rock.
Good choices everyone. I can't believe I forgot about JEM! And She-Ra. I loved those cartoons!
The cartoons today just kind of suck in comparison...
I'm answering on Monday... hope that's not a faux pas! My fave cartoon as a child was the Smurfs. I'd get up very early to watch them on Saturday morning. As for a comic strip, Garfield is still my favorite!
