It's Friday. Time for lazy blogging!
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is a day to take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So today I'm taking it easy on blogging. I ask a question - you answer.
This week's question is:
The microphone was just passed to you. It's your turn for karaoke...What are you going to sing?
Although there's generally not enough liquor in the world to get me to sing karaoke, I'd have to do Garth Brooks - Rodeo just to show hubby how it's really supposed to be done!

I like to sing "Tequila"! Not a lot of words...
I love to sing Dracula Moon by Joan Osbourne... only after several shots of tequila;)
ha! If I am drunk enough to sing - then I'm probably drunk enough to choose something totally 80s - and think that I rocked!
Then the next day when I'm throwing up because I drank so much, I'll decide I need to move to a new town and assume a new identity because I can't SING!
If I'm drunk enough to do this, I'll most likely not care much about the song, as long as it's not a slow love song!

Probably"Come Together" because you don't have to be a good singer to sing it! The nasal sounding out of tune quality that I have when I sing actually works on that one!

The same songs I ALWAYS sing when we go to karaoke. Me and a guy friend sing Summer Nights from Grease. I sing Redneck Woman by Gretchen Wilson, which always gets the crowd going, b/c I am SO far from redneck, they think it's hilarious. And then I sing Me and Bobby McGhee. :)

I came by the check out Theme Thursday (sorry about your summer!) and really liked this post. I can't sing a note so I'd need tons of alcohol and then I'd be incoherent.
