bad bad girl

Did you know I'm a bad, bad girl?

Actually, I'm worse than that. Let me try to get this right: I'm an evil obstructionist bitch with a bad attitude, whose gamesmanship has needlessly cost thousands of dollars in litigation costs because I play fast and loose with the rules. Oh wait - there's more. I also intentionally duped my adversary into signing the wrong stipulation because I knew she was far too busy to actually read the document she was signing so I unethically, maliciously and immorally put the wrong one in front of her.

SERIOUSLY?

She actually put this ridiculousness in a letter to the judge. Right before asking the court to ORDER ME to respond to a motion where I no longer represent the client.

I see her letterhead and cringe, knowing that yet another attack on my character is coming. I used to get upset about it but now it's almost comical. She accuses me of not playing by the rules when she doesn't even know what the rules are. Hopefully this motion gets before the judge before he retires so he can smack her around.

Does she really think she's going to get anywhere by telling the court I'm a bad bad girl?

I love it

(Admit it - this totally was not what you thought this post would be about. get your minds out of the gutter!)

So..

Pot calling the kettle black, and the Judge is going to make a distinction?

No wonder we love picking on the lawyers!

I hope the judge smites her.

Isn't it funny how people get a vendetta against someone and will go to extremes to prove themselves right even to the point of being wrong.

Jormengrund: It's always the judge's job to make the distinction. that's why he wears the dress. in this case though, i'm right. she's wrong. but i'm not being paid to tell my side of the story...

Gladys: i hope so too!

I think it's time to "off" her! The gutter seems to be the best place for my mind lately!

siren: your mind can permanently reside there. mine usually does!

ms. s: well...she's heading into elizabeth, which is pretty much the armpit of NJ. plenty of "accidents" occur there.
