I love to write. It doesn't really matter what I'm writing about. It can be an annoying 50 page brief on mundane legal issues or a silly ghost story based on my haunted apartment in New Hampshire. As long as I'm writing, I'm happy.
Maybe it's all the extra hours I put in last month at the office... Or maybe it's the fact that I've been coughing up a lung for the past 2 weeks and can't talk above a really raspy whisper... But it could just be the fact that I'm a walking zombie these days and am practically falling asleep at my keyboard as I write this.
The point is...I'm lacking inspiration for things to write about.
The last time I asked someone what I should write about, the answer was "porn" and it prompted this post about my, um, expertise with swingers, toys and adult films... Get your mind out of the gutter. I'm no swinging porn star...but go read that post if you have no clue what I'm talking about :)
So I'll throw it out to you guys and ask if you've got any ideas. You take the time to read my rambling after all... You should get some vote in this.

I would love to hear about what it's like to work as a female lawyer in a male dominated field. I also work in a male dominated field, and the attitudes I come across can be very interesting.

Well, I started writing down ideas in my BlackBerry so I had a list of topics when I didn't have daily happenings to talk about. You can blog about trips you've taken (hence my post on Friday), law school, favorite TV shows, favorite ways to unwind, pregnancy, music, movies. There's a plethora of things to choose from!
I have no ideas. If I did, I would have a blog of my own. You have a cute kid, an interesting job, four years of undergrad, and however many years of law school. I am sure you have some funny stories to share from all that.
You have to find some inspiration. I look forward to reading your blog everyday. The other blog I follow on a regular basis (whose author shall remain nameless) hardly ever has posts anymore, so I have to rely on you for my daily reading.

I'm planning to write a post about my bucket list (stuff to do before I die) this week. Seems like it might jump start an idea or two.

One of these days, I'm gonna hit 'em right back with "boy". I'm usually too restrained to do it, though. I think it has to do with learning to keep your mouth shut in a man's world so you don't get labeled a "bitch". Catch-22.
