There was no other word to describe this moment.
The night was sultry. We lay in the hammock, wearing as little as possible without being "indecent." Our once frozen drinks lay forgotten in the sand, now melted and warm.
We could smell the salt of the ocean and hear the hypnotic sounds of the rolling waves. The hot breeze blew across us, through the palm trees above us, gently rocking us in the hammock.
A reggae band played and couples danced somewhere off in the distance. But nothing and no one else mattered. It was just him and me on that island - staring into each others eyes in the moonlight.
Just as our lips were finally about to meet, he smiled softly and whispered, "I love you."
Every year, we return to that beach and try to recreate that one perfect moment.

I love law! I am rich and good looking and it is all because of law! Laws of nature! Laws of probability! Laws laws laws, I love the law!
I almost felt like I was intruding on a very private moment. Well done.
