What am I going to write about wind? I still don't know! I rewrote this post no less than 5 times.
I wrote a silly story about my son playing outside during a storm...But it didn't play right.
Then I wrote a steamy piece of fiction... But I wasn't satisfied.
I wrote a true story about getting stuck in a storm with a flat tire and not being able to change the stupid thing... But it just wasn't working for me.
I tried to write a post about "windy" movies...But I wasn't blown away by that one.
So here I am, at the last minute trying to figure out what to write about wind.
A Roman philosopher named Seneca said, "If a man does not know what port he is steering for, no wind is favorable to him."
That about sums up the way I feel right now. Not just because I can't figure out what to say in this post. I'm feeling a little lost these days. I've been in a funk since last weekend. The fight didn't just shake me. It left me questioning everything.
Nothing has changed. Nothing has been resolved. And I'm not sure where that leaves me.
I know the storm will pass. The sun will shine again. But until then, I feel like I'm just treading water and my arms are getting damn tired.

Are you really feeling like this or is this like some sort of thursday fiction thing? I hope you are not really down in the dumps!(Hug)
Use your legs until your arms are rested. Then rest your legs. And so on and so forth.
I think the post turned out really well.
And I hope the sun shines soon.
Yeah,that was really cool Jaime!
:D
Sorry things aren't going well right now. You know where to find me if you need a friend.
Jaime, I'm sorry. Have another hug.
The attempts were good and it all made for a good post.
Still hoping that sun does shine sooner than later.
that quote sums up much of peoples lives these days..all that work, i think it ended up just right.
Well, I hope when the wind dies down and the storm passes, you land in a safe and peaceful place. :)
Guess the wind isn't the easiest to write about afterall :-) Hope you're well!
You could head over to Vegas a bit early...you know, to get the best spot! I'd definitely do it...
This too shall pass my friend. "The answer is blowing in the wind" remember?
Take care
xoxo
Keep your chin up... now, how about posting that steamy fiction?
A couple of shandies should set you right!
Sometimes when things are going awry in our lives, it can interfere with our creativity. Afterwards, however, it can be quite inspiring.
Or is that just me?
Hoping things improve for you.
I need to read this blog more often. Like, extremely often. Like, delving into your archives like often...
